Open the Jaguar Door to reach the dagger
To get the Silver Dagger in Deep Dish Dungeon, forge the three Key Pieces at the large smelter below the main hub, insert them at the Jaguar Door, and collect the dagger from the altar behind it. Each piece needs its own mold, 5 Coal and 8 Scrap Metal.
Prepare for the forge route
Bring the Hammer to break the bars leading into the forge route. You will also need to progress through the nearby Iron Key door while searching the adjoining passages for molds.
The Jaguar Door needs three distinct Key Pieces, each cast from a different mold. The molds are objects you carry to the large smelter, so plan the return trip when you find one.
Eat before exploring, prepare a light, and clear some inventory space for the finished pieces. Keep your casting materials together so you can tell what still needs collecting.
Reach the large smelter below the hub
- Break the bars on the staircase leading down from the main room with the Hammer to enter the basement route.
- Head left through the opening in the ceiling to reach the large smelter.
- Cast the Iron Key at the forge to prepare for the locked door beside the Jaguar puzzle.
Find the Jaguar Key Piece molds
- Search the forge basement and adjoining side rooms for the carryable Key Piece molds, which supply the different shapes needed for the Jaguar Door.

Cast the pieces and collect the Silver Dagger
- Carry a Key Piece mold to the large smelter to prepare its cast.
- Supply the smelter with 5 Coal and 8 Scrap Metal for the Key Piece you are about to cast.
Pull the smelter's lever to cast the piece from the mold you brought.Playing this video connects to YouTube.
- Repeat the casting process with each different Key Piece mold until you have all three pieces.
- Insert all three Key Pieces at the Jaguar Door to open the way to the altar.
- Take the Silver Dagger from the altar behind the door to collect the weapon and unlock its achievement.
Keep the dagger for spirit enemies
The Silver Dagger can damage spirit enemies. When you encounter invisible enemies later, a Vision Elixir lets you see them, and the dagger lets you kill them.
Remember the altar's location if you intend to pursue the true ending: the Silver Dagger must eventually be returned to its original altar. If the dagger becomes lost, the host can recover lost treasures through the Catalogue, including treasures in another player's inventory.
